The One and Only Strategy to always be happy

By Michele Hertz

You might be more interested in getting more knowledge and not in getting more money, even though you might become rich through some specific knowledge, which you discover while you collect more knowledge. You might find fulfillment in helping others or in preserving the nature. Abundance and success is not for everyone the same and so is a happy and fulfilled life not the same for everyone.

You should write down what is important to you in every aspect of your life, meaning in your professional and in your private life. You then set goals and make a plan about how to achieve them. It is strange but true that whenever we have reached a goal, we are happy, but soon this happiness fades. If you do not quickly find a new one, you feel unhappy. When someone has found a new challenge before he has reached one goal will always feel joyous. Think of new goals from time to time and make a list of them. Goals you have reached you will take off from the list and add new ones. With this strategy, you will be happy continuously.

A proverb says: The path is the goal. While you worked to pursue a goal, you have been filled with pleasant anticipation, whereby pleasant anticipation is an ingredient which helps you to reach your goal. But the moment you have reached that goal, there is no reason to feel this pleasant anticipation anymore. Especially when someone had a very big and very challenging goal, he might not be prepared to think of a new one early enough and he feels empty the same day he has reached his big goal.

It is a good idea to constantly have a list of several goals. You focus on the achievement of one and have the others in mind. You can have goals in every aspect of your life, meaning that you have several goals in your private life, several in your sports life, several in your professional life and several which are financial. Think about what is important for you in each of these aspects and think of several goals in each.

After you have determined goals, you have to make plans. Make a long time plan, in which you implement the achievement of all goals. Then you chose which goals you want to pursue first and make a short time plan about what you have to do to achieve the first on or more goals. As soon as you have achieved one goal, you choose a next one in that specific aspect of your life. You might achieve a professional goal first, before you achieve a private goal, maybe because you focused more on your professional life. From now and then it might be necessary that you think about your life and shift your focus to another aspect of your life.

To achieve your life goals you can get the support of mind movies, subliminals or hypnosis recordings, or combine all three methods. These methods will bring your subconscious mind in synchronicity with the goal your chose consciously. You have to watch your mind movie twice a day consciously and then you can have it run with the transparency turned high to not be disturbed while you work. One more tip: Get a permanent marker and write your next goal on to the bathroom mirror.

You can also look for images and fix them on a pin board and put it somewhere where you often look at. It is a message for your subconscious mind which will be of help to reach your next goals. If you have seen The Secret, you have seen John Assaraf, who had a vision board with the house he later in his life lived. It was his dream home. As he has looked at this vision board often, his subconscious mind was programmed and one day he moved into exactly his dream home.
