5 Tips that you must Pay attention to in Order to Become a Great Blues Guitar player

By Alfredo Menezi

If you have been a blues guitarist for quite some time now you'll definitely understand how it was, at the beginning, when you started out playing the guitar. Even though I was rather excited the very first time I got hold of my 1st guitar, it was nevertheless, quite annoying at times when I was learning some songs with it. Sometimes I would have the ability to fully grasp a couple of songs very quickly, however, some other time it could possibly take me days and maybe even 2 to 3 weeks to finally grasp similar kinds songs on my instrument.

Just what exactly was I doing wrong? Seriously, at that time, I had absolutely no idea. However now a couple of years have passed rapidly by, and even though I will not declare that I am the very best guitarist on the earth, I am nonetheless, a fairly good one and here are just some of the stuffs that I have learned through experience and I wish that you can learn from them also.

1. Develop a strategy and pen all of them down! Don't simply say, okay..... I am going to practice this, this and that. Without any doubt, this won't get the job done; you have got to pen them down on some sheet of paper, so that it will easily resemble some sort of reminder for you to be aware of what you have learned already and what you have not.

2. Practice nearly as much as you're able to and ensure that you're REGULAR! I am certain many of you already know about the incredible importance of practicing but sadly, most people are not really regular enough at what they do. They say that they have been practicing something for months now but then grumble about having made only little progress. That is due to the fact that at times, they weren't regular enough! They would make sure to practice religiously for 2 weeks or so but then they would give it up 1 week later and start all over again after that! This is completely wrong; you must not stop off for a week or two.

3. Perseverance! You should not toss in the towel if it happens that one of the songs that you're trying to learn turns out to be a little bit more complicated than what you were anticipating. You need to persevere, in fact, that's what's going to make you become truly great at playing the guitar; after you practiced real tricky songs.

4. Be Patient! You're not going to turn into a master blues guitarist in a single day. You should be patient and over time your skill-sets will become a great deal better. Many individuals are likely to lose interest if they do not notice any kind of huge progress just after 2 - 3 weeks. Should you be like that then you will, in no way, achieve your dream of becoming a superb guitarist. Be patient and become regular, and you will see the rewards rapidly.

5. Look into some new songs from time to time; don't learn the same sort of songs repeatedly. Try learning a few finger-style tracks, some few blues rock songs, one or two classic blues styles songs, certain blues jazz and so on. The more often you learn, of course, the better you will become and if I am not mistaken, I do believe that's precisely what you want.

Those tips are really useful, so do take them very seriously. They may not be the greatest advices you'll ever hear but if you try to stick with some of them, I can assure you that you won't be sorry. If you are rather more serious on the subject of improving your guitar skills rapidly, then in that case, perhaps I can present you with some more valuable guidance, so keep reading..... .
